Let’s get together for some easy breathwork followed by an Ice bath!!!
Location: South Beach in Fremantle. We meet in the car park outside “Bistro21” in South Fremantle.
To bring: 2-3 bags of ice, yoga mat/ towel, swimmers and a BIG smile
Cost/ Exchange: $10 cash please, there will be a little honesty tin next to the speaker
Important: **DO NOT PRACTICE breathwork and ice bath during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic! People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional if any concerns. PLEASE SIGN WAIVER PRIOR TO ATTENDING!!
